My grandpa has been dead five years now and my grandma just gave my mom their second lot that has some woods, a bit of a field and a two stall garage. The key had been lost and it's been sitting unlocked with the unsold items from a garage sale. My mom flew up last night from tampa and she, my brother and i drove up last night to change the lock. conveniently, my grandpa had left a screwdriver that was the correct size and type handily located here in the post next to the door we were working on. It made me smile. :)
