Note to self:

Do not eat a white powdered donut when wearing black pants.

The fear has set in quite a bit more now.

When all you get is an email. Not even an informational email saying the person left. Just a "[Former QA manager]'s email address is [Former QA manager] @ [Not this company].com" email.

Apparently she just asked them directly and they told her she was done.

Perhaps this is why I've been busting my ass on these test cases the past few weeks. Keep busy analyzing compliance documents and you don't have time to think about other, less productive, topics.

It's like a steel shovel with the base sitting in my stomach and the handle pushing into the bottom of my chin.
