Dec. 16th, 2003 12:55 amMy right bicep and left knee are sore.
Was out in Mail Center all evening running signoffs for a job with 43 versions on at least 36 forms.
For those who don't know the printing business, that's a lot.
I only got 8 of the signoffs done, though, because this customer requires their scanlines to be exactly 3" from the top edge of the finished piece on every single version.
I forgot this, got 8 versions done, remembered, and then had to run those 8 all over again.
Color me stupid.
I was quite crabby today, too, and made sure to tell everyone that if I snapped at them, I'm sorry in advance. I only managed to yell at one InkJet operator twice, but went over and apologized and made sure we were ok.
Aleh pissed me off again. He asked for my help and then wouldn't let me finish the same sentence at least five times. So I said "Nevermind." and left him alone for the rest of the night.
Michael Stipe produced Velvet Goldmine and Being John Malkovich?!?!
Roy may be coming back. He quit in September to get a job in his home town. Worked there for a week and quit. According to a supervisor, if he comes back, he's going to be on Green crew. Green crew is on their 7 on right now, and a few of them expressed disappointment that if Roy got Green, I'd be put on Yellow. Nice little boost to the ego, there.
I may or may not be embarrassed by the number of Madonna MP3s I currently have.
How did it get to be 1:10 already?
