(no subject)

I'm all a'frazzled. I took two hours off of work this afternoon so I could go to a fellow student's starred paper defense presentation thing. For your masters degree in this department in this school, you have to take a set number of credits and then also either write a thesis or a starred paper. This boggle my mind a bit, so I was hoping to see this presentation thing today to get an idea of what I'll have to do for my own in a year or so.

Guess who somehow accidentally thought it was at 5:30 instead of 4:30.

DOH!

The good news, however, is that in the "free time" I had "before" the presentation, I got jo_mommday's birthday present and the last bit of the anniversary present for theeothertim.

And I have this sneaking suspicion that ever since I called yesterday and made a doctor's appointment for tomorrow morning, my body will soon decide to stop being difficult just to annoy me. Probably just in time for the doctor's appointment. *sternly glares at body*

Bah. For some reason I feel like the world suddenly decided to spell the word "suspicion" differently. Because it just does not look right...
