• 12:45:55: Had both financial and diet discussions with the hubby. The first went well. The second: not so good. He's a saint.
  
• 13:28:29: Coworker's father passed away yesterday after a long struggle. Funeral is on Friday. Empty office?
  
• 18:03:14: Stayed late at work again. Oy. Had good chat with the boss. Is 6pm too early to go to bed?
  
• 19:17:59: Battle of the bulge results for the day: Really didn't want to go for a walk. Did anyway. No jogging, but 45 min worth. Beer now.
  
• 19:19:42: Also, if for the next three days I only do kickboxing tomorrow, I'll have exercised 61% of the days for the month. Goal? 50%.
