Bryan went up to his parents' house this last weekend and I went up to Canada.

B: I saw a movie this weekend.
J: Really? Which one?
B: The Italian Job
J: Was it any good?
B: Yeah, it was. It's just like the trailer, so you know everything that happens, but the way it all works out is pretty interesting.
J: Huh. So, who'd you go with?
B: Michelle
J:

Yes, that is the same Michelle whose name is tattooed in a big heart on his arm. The one who cheated on him for all but the first two weeks of their three-year relationship. The one who still owes him hundreds of dollars for various bills on shared credit cards. Yes, the fact that he went to a movie with her bothers me. Not a lot, but a little. The part that really bothers me, though, is how did she know he was going to be up in Fergus this weekend? He doesn't go up there very often. And he gets his work schedule bi-weekly. So, in other words, he's been in closer contact with her than I've been aware.

But he didn't lie to me about going to the movie with her. He didn't hesitate or try to cover it up. So I'm guessing he's either trying to play it off as no big deal or he's trying to piss me off.

Either way, I'm less than happy and our fine-tuned machine is a lot less fine-tuned than I thought.

So, I was working on my movie tonight. I have the basic ideas for what the movie will be. I pretty much worked out the whole opening scene and am starting towards the rest of the timeline and catchy hooks. I feel like I'm writing a program in a language I don't know yet. So I've been scouring the 'net for the format of a formal screen play. Because as soon as I know where to put my Ps and Qs, I think I could almost finish it within the month.

Anybody know a helpful book/site for the actual format of screenplays? Remembering TriggerStreet.com...
