2002 - Layne Staley. Lead singer of Alice in Chains, my favorite band in high school. (interesting note: if you go to his entry in Wikipedia, it says he died on April 5th. I believe he was found dead on my birthday. But then his entry says he was found on April 20th. *shrug*)
