SERIOUSLY!
No, I don't want a $30 super pump-action alien colored strap on your back super soaker oozinater. I just want a simple squirt gun! Target only had the super expensive alien phallus, Coborns only had three left of these animal shaped squirtguns (they looked like angy blue hippos) that didn't seem like they'd work at all, and I finally ended up at Walgreens and found a wider selection.
And, I can't believe it's school supply season already. GAH!
Had the hardest time trying to find a gift for our nephew Alex. It's his graduation party today and also his going away party as he's being shipped out to bootcamp for the Navy next month. I'm still coming up blanks. When I asked him in May what he wanted for his birthday, he couldn't think of anything either, so I got him a leather motorcycle jacket:
that Tim ended up wanting, too. Then I had to go get one for me, too: 
But still no gift for Alex. I got him a nice card, though. I dunno. What do you get a guy who has everything and can't take anything with him for the next few months? Who will be a different person the next time you see him?
