Wed, 11:22: After watching the whole announcement about #JamarClark, I agree that he was most likely not handcuffed and that the officers were scared.
Wed, 11:23: I agree that it was very likely that #JamarClark had his hands on one officer's weapon, which very well could have required deadly force.
Wed, 11:24: What shocks me, however, is that it was only 61 seconds from the police arriving to #JamarClark's shot. Therein lies the opportunity.
